Harrington Elderflower Gin
An amazing success story for Warner Edwards, the Elderflower Infused Gin was inspired by Tom’s mother Adele. Warner Edwards infuse fresh elderflower harvested from their farms in Harrington, Northamptonshire and Rhuallt, North Wales with their award winning Harrington Dry Gin.
Once the gin is infused they add the spring water and a little sugar, et voila, the perfect summer tipple! Combining the complex flavours of the Harrington Dry Gin with the sweet bouquet of elderflower makes this wonderful creation a perfect accompaniment for those long lazy summer days.
Try with tonic and a slice of lemon or ‘elderflower squared‘ with some Elderflower presse, always with plenty of ice. For those who really enjoy the spirit, simply on ice with a slice of lime!

|Nose:||Complex, with floral citrus and spice, followed by the unmistakable fragrance of fresh elderflower.|
|Palate:||This has a rich, velvety texture, spice at the beginning, and then notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom, with just a hint of chocolate. There are then some full fruit and floral notes, including elderflower and citrus blossom.|
|Finish:||Clean, with a pleasant mix of dry juniper and a light sweetness.|
|Serve:||Great as a G&T but also nice with prosecco. Perfect combination for an Elderflower Gimlet cocktail, we suggest a double measure of Elderflower Gin, a measure of sugar syrup, and some lemon juice. Shake over ice and strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish – Lemon.|
