Founded in 2012 on the banks of the Eden Estuary, Eden Mill are distillers of a portfolio of Scottish coastal gins and luxury Scotch whiskies.
With a unique location on the University of St Andrews Eden Campus, a site dedicated to sustainable business practice and research, Eden Mill has spent the past couple of years building their new distillery which is now fully operational.
The doors to the visitor centre will open in August 2025, adding to the array of fantastic activities on offer in the iconic town of St Andrews.
