Inspired by the long summer days on Scotland’s east coast, Summer in St Andrews Gin is a limited edition release from Eden Mill Distillery celebrating the flavours and character of its hometown.
Distilled in St Andrews, the gin combines classic juniper with bright citrus notes, complemented by rhubarb and locally sourced raspberries and strawberries to create a fresh, fruit-forward profile that evokes the Scottish summer. Bottled at 40% ABV, only 500 bottles have been produced, making it a highly limited release.
Designed for relaxed summer occasions, the gin lends itself to a classic Gin & Tonic garnished with a lemon wheel, while its vibrant fruit character also works well in spritz-style serves and lighter cocktails.
The label continues Eden Mill’s celebration of St Andrews, reflecting the distillery’s close connection with its coastal surroundings and the local landscape that inspires many of its spirits.
