A bold yet smooth gin made using the traditional London Dry method. Each batch is distilled and bottled by hand with a true appreciation for the art of distillation that has been part of Cornish heritage for centuries. The 10 botanical recipe includes, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Cassia, Orange, Lemon, Cardamom, Vanilla and hand picked Cornish Elderflower and Gorse Flower.
Tasting notes: Quintessential gin flavours and aromas, bold juniper hits first becoming lighter with hints of pine and citrus, vanilla and gorse bring a smooth mouthfeel with a crisp and floral finish.
