Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

Tangy spring crop rhubarb, macerated with warming oriental ginger and a little fragrant lemon zest.

This is then infused into award winning Edinburgh Gin to produce a delicate aromatic rose coloured liqueur.
