Eden Mill Launches Brunch Experience Overlooking the Eden Estuary
27th October, 2026
Gin Guild member Eden Mill is inviting guests to enjoy the flavours of Fife with the launch of Brunch at The Lookout, a new dining experience at its Guardbridge distillery in Scotland.
Launching on Saturday 7 November 2026, the £35 brunch will be served in the café and bar on the top floor of the distillery, offering panoramic views across the Eden Estuary alongside a menu celebrating local producers.
The experience begins with a hot drink, fresh juices and a selection from the grazing table, followed by a cooked main. Dishes include thick-cut back bacon with butter-fried potatoes and spiced apple ketchup, or a stack of Scotch pancakes with maple syrup, alongside vegetarian and vegan options.

Local ingredients take centre stage throughout the menu, with sourdough from Barnett’s in Anstruther, smoked fish from the East Neuk and free-range eggs from Blyths of Fife. The experience showcases the quality and variety of produce available on Eden Mill’s doorstep, combining a relaxed weekend brunch with the distillery’s distinctive waterfront setting.
Steven Kersley, CEO of Eden Mill, said:
“Brunch at The Lookout brings together two things we’re proud of: the estuary view from our bar, and the excellent producers on our doorstep. It’s a relaxed, indulgent way to start the weekend, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests.”

Brunch at The Lookout will run on 7, 8, 28 and 29 November, followed by 4 and 5 December 2026, with sittings available from 11.30am to 1pm.
