Ellers Farm Distillery, co-owned by Ricky Gervais, produces Y-Gin Original in small batches at their state-of-the-art distillery in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
Born from the passion of their distillery team, the Y-Gin Original is a beautifully balanced London Dry Gin, with a nod to their roots in Yorkshire using rhubarb, ginger and liquorice. Bringing Gin back to how we know it should be.
They are one of only a handful of UK distilleries making ethanol from scratch and doing so, uniquely, using British apples.
