Nose:Intense juniper on the nose, with a lovely hit of cracked black pepper. Hints of spiced cinnamon and coriander follow with top notes of fresh, zesty citrus peel.
Palate:Big, bold and beautifully balanced. An initial hit of warm, earthy spice with with crisp juniper backbone. Fragrant coriander and rich cinnamon follow, with a bright hit of zesty orange sherbet to round everything off.
Finish:Very full bodied with an unctuous, creamy mouth feel. Spicy tingle to the front of the tongue. Superbly smooth, well integrated alcohol content. One to be savoured – a real sipping gin.
Serve:Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic – with orange slice and rosemary.
