The Gin Guild is delighted to congratulate Dan Szor, founder of the Cotswolds Distillery, on his installation today as Master of the Worshipful Company of Distillers.

Dan Szor with Pal GleedDan has been a member of the Gin Guild since 2015 and served on our Board until earlier this year. Throughout his time with the Guild, he has been a strong advocate for the craft of gin, championing innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the industry.

Remarking on his journey Dan said:

“It is a real honour to be installed as Master of the Worshipful Company of Distillers. Having been a member of the Gin Guild since 2015, and having served on its Board, I have always valued the strength of the community and the passion we share for craft spirits. I look forward to supporting the Company’s charitable and educational work, celebrating our industry’s heritage, and working with Gin Guild members and fellow distillers to inspire the next generation of talent.”
