The Gin Guild is pleased to share news from member The Cotswolds Distillery, which is set to open its new on-site bar and cocktail destination, The Hidden Still, on Friday 22nd May 2026.

The official launch event will take place from 5pm to 9pm at the distillery in Stourton, welcoming guests to experience a new immersive drinks offering designed to showcase the distillery’s spirits in a relaxed, social setting.

Visitors can expect a curated cocktail menu created by the in-house mixologist, wood-fired pizza, live music on the terrace, and the exclusive first serving of a new summer spritz developed for the season. Entry to the launch evening is free, although capacity is limited and advance booking is required.

Following the launch, The Hidden Still will open regularly every Friday and Saturday evening from 22nd May through to the end of September, extending the distillery’s visitor experience into the summer months with an emphasis on hospitality, flavour exploration, and relaxed evening occasions.

Located at Phillips Field, Stourton, CV36 5EX, the new venue forms part of the distillery’s continued investment in visitor engagement and experiential drinks tourism.
