This fantastic, and relatively young gin is made from an 1840s recipe taken from a handwritten distillers handbook. A complex and uniquely unsweetened Old Tom Gin. An essential ingredient in many classic cocktails.

A smooth and versatile gin based on London Dry Gins of the early 20th Century. A magnificent gin in a classic martini. Delicate and well balanced classic botanical recipe.

Bermondsey Distillery

With heritage dating to the 1830’s, distilling of Jensen's Bermondsey London Dry Gin and Jensen London-Distilled Old Tom Gin takes place in a small distillery in railway arches near London Bridge which is open to the public for tours on specific days. Located between the Maltby Street and Spa Terminus food markets, the distillery is open on Saturdays for tastings and long drinks. Group tastings and distillery tours can be arranged on request.
