Jensen’s Bermondsey Dry Gin
From: Bermondsey Gin Ltd
This Bermondsey Dry gin is a recreation of a classic, old-fashioned London Dry style which is smooth and rounded, with delicate floral and citrus notes it is an essential gin for a Dry Martini.
Based on London Dry Gins of the early 20th Century it is well balanced with a classic botanical recipe.
Prior to the 80s, and the buy-up and subsequent closure or moving of distilleries by large conglomerate companies, Gin made in London had been a labour of love and displayed balance and poise.
Gins of the 1980s and early 1990s nose-dived in quality. Our aim with Bermondsey dry was to revive and honour a mid 20th century style of London dry gin, the style, and quality of which reflects gins that would have been used throughout the classic cocktail period.
