Adnams plc

The Adnams distillery, called the Copper House, sits within the Adnams brewery complex in Southwold in Suffolk, and many of the same ingredients – local barley, rye, wheat and oats – are used in both processes.

It’s the most energy-efficient distillery in the UK and also generates water and steam for the brewery so forming an integral part of their overall sustainable production system.

Launched in 2010, their spirits have received many plaudits and awards from across the world, including the coveted ‘world’s best’ trophies for our gin.
