Adnams plc

The Adnams distillery, called the Copper House, sits within the Adnams brewery complex in Southwold in Suffolk, and many of the same ingredients – local barley, rye, wheat and oats – are used in both processes.

It’s the most energy-efficient distillery in the UK and also generates water and steam for the brewery so forming an integral part of their overall sustainable production system.

Launched in 2010, their spirits have received many plaudits and awards from across the world, including the coveted ‘world’s best’ trophies for our gin.

Copper House Gin

Made with six carefully chosen botanicals, Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is elegant and approachable, classically charged with juniper, rich with floral and citrus notes. It’s a warm and welcoming Adnams gin. To serve, cut a generous slice of orange zest (try to avoid as much of the bitter pith as you can), squeeze over the top of the glass, wipe the rim of the glass and then add the peel into your glass.
