Adnams Copper House Blackcurrant Gin
From Adnams plc
When the team at Adnams decided to produce a fruit-forward, hedgerow-style gin, they wanted to ensure they could use locally grown fruit in the recipe.
They found out that blackcurrants were available in abundance in East Anglia, which was fortunate, as they were going to need lots of them. Copper House Blackcurrant Gin joins the family, alongside Copper House Dry Gin, and Copper House Pink.
Like its relatives, it starts life as East Coast Vodka, which this time we have redistilled with blackcurrant puree and a complementary selection of botanicals.
