Beefeater London Dry Gin Bottle 2016 onwards

Beefeater London Dry Gin

An exceptionally fresh, clean and crisp gin, with a subtle citrus and fruit edge. The complexity of the Beefeater recipe produces a gin that is multi-dimensional in character, while remaining balanced and well-rounded. Created by James Burrough in the 1800s, Beefeater is the only international gin brand still made in London. Over the last 10 years, Beefeater has been the most awarded gin brand in the world (as certified by just-drinks, 2013).

Treasured by bartenders worldwide, Beefeater Crown Jewel is an elevated version of our signature house style; the addition of refreshing grapefruit and boldly heightened 50% strength (in comparison to Beefeater London Dry Gin) resulting in a perfectly balanced gin, with clarity of flavour and unmistakeable depth. Captured in a ruby inspired bottle, this versatile liquid delivers an expression that is multi-faceted in its appearance and possibilities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTsbNOTYIos
Beefeater 24 Gin bottle

Beefeater 24 Gin

Beefeater 24 is made from 12 hand-selected botanicals with a rare blend of teas – Japanese Sencha and Chinese Green tea - at its heart, perfectly complementing the Beefeater style and bringing a fresh aroma and incredible smoothness to the final product as it is steeped for 24 hours. A light bulb moment happened when Desmond Payne, the Master Distiller at Beefeater was travelling in Japan - he realised tea's potential as a botanical. In Japan, quinine was strictly banned from the production of tonics resulting in a far sweeter mixer for the traditional G&T. To quench his thirst, Desmond chose to mix Beefeater gin with chilled green tea, as an alternative to the sweet local tonics, and so the story behind Beefeater 24 began.
Beefeater Burrough's Reserve Gin Bottle

Beefeater Burrough’s Reserve

Beefeater Burrough's Reserve Edition 2 is a testament to the fact that doing things differently can create an exceptional outcome. Like the first edition, Edition 2 is a drink for those who are looking for something new, something rare and hard to find. Now rested in red and white Bordeaux oak casks after distillation, Edition 2 emerges with - a copper hue and complex depth of flavour, making it perfect for those looking to explore new flavour experiences. Each batch created is unique. A product of their hand-crafted approach to distillation. They only create a limited number of bottles for release. Distilled using James Burrough's original copper “Still Number 12”, Burrough's Reserve Edition 2 gin is then rested in red and white Bordeaux oak casks. With a capacity of only 268 litres, "Still Number 12" produces small batches of this complex gin, with each batch being intriguing in its own right. The result of the resting period is a remarkable transformation, imbuing the gin with the subtle characteristics of the oak and residual Bordeaux red and white wines.
