Brighton Jammy Orange Gin
From: Brighton Spirits Company
This is a special, very limited edition run for Brighton Gin’s 10th Birthday. They make it by using the remainder of their “naked” (i.e. peeled) oranges that they are left with once the zest has gone into the regular distillation.
These oranges get sliced up, dehydrated to caramelise the sugars and then redistilled to create a beautiful marmalade flavour, and further Brighton Gin’s goal of saving waste at the same time!
This is a proper jammy but still London Dry style gin with a long finish; slightly higher ABV of 43% to catch all those citrusy flavours.
