Juniper is the star attraction in this glorious Navy Strength expression of the classic Brighton Gin but there’s a cascade of zesty citrus on the nose with hints of candied orange, a whisper of pine and spice too. It’s rich and creamy in the mouth and deliciously satisfying when swallowed, with no hint of burn. The waves of citrus finish go on forever, backed by an exhilarating underlying seaside freshness.
At 57% proof, it also holds the juniper flavour better and enhances the botanicals, which means you can use less gin in your glass to get that refreshing juniper flavour really pushing through to your taste buds.
The Seaside Strength won gold outstanding at the IWSC 2022 gaining a whopping score of 98 out of 100, with judges describing it as:
