Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin
From: The Boatyard Distillery
The Boatyard Distillery’s Sloe Boat Gin has been made by steeping wild-harvested sloe berries for 6 months in their gin. There is a lot of love that goes into our Sloe Boat.
They finish the process by adding a wild Fermanagh honeysuckle syrup which gives a balanced, natural sweetness.
This balance of flavours brings harmony to the spirit – intense plum, almond and berry fruitiness from the sloes and soft sweetness from the honeysuckle paired with their juniper forward gin.
One of the joys of sloe gin is to sip it neat, gently warming in the cold winter months.
