Rachel Rees

Wine and Spirits Laboratory Manager Graduating in June 2008 with a Masters of Chemistry (part at Bordeaux University), Rachel joined Campden BRI in July 2008. Initially as a routine beer analyst, a few months later Rachel moved into the Wines & Spirits Department (then called Corkwise), where not long after moving departments she became the Wines & Spirits Laboratory Manager.

She is responsible for the IWSC contract, routine analysis, shelf life trials, reporting to customers and method development. Rachel also has the Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits from the WSET and is currently  studying for the Diploma.
