Dr Anne Brock Bermondsey Distillery (Jensen’s)
After completing a DPhil in Organic Chemistry at Oxford University, Anne decided to apply the skills she developed over 7 years spent in a laboratory to the creation of spirits. She joined Jensen’s Gin in 2012 as their distiller, and has overseen the creation of their new distillery in Bermondsey. She now spends her time researching and developing products and managing the production of Jensen’s gins.
