Persie Distillery is open from 12 noon to 6pm on Saturday to Thursday. They always have free samples on the go so you can try before you buy!
If you’re after the full works, they recommend you book a liquid tour in advance. This includes a gin flight of Persie expressions in the distillery tasting room – followed by special editions or cocktail samples – for £15 per head. You can hear all about the backstory of Persie Gin; different gin styles; how to pair gin with mixers; and the science of distilling. Then you can see where the magic happens! The tour tends to last about an hour and a half.
Unfortunately liquid tours do not run every day due to our distilling and bottling schedule, so please drop a line to snifter@persiedistillery.com and let them know when you’d like to go and they will see what’s possible. And if you’re staying locally, do ask about their pick up and drop off service: if they can help with a lift, they will!
