The Hayman family is the longest serving gin distilling family in England. The family has been making the finest handcrafted gins since 1863. Today, Hayman Distillers is run by 5th generation James and Miranda Hayman, supported by their father Christopher.

The Hayman’s copper pot stills perform an essential role in their gin distilling process – allowing heat to be dispersed evenly and efficiently while stripping out any unwanted flavours and aromas. These stills are at the very heart of what they do – in creating the bright and balanced, smooth flavour of their gins.
