Hayman’s Sloe Gin
Produced by: Hayman Distillers
Hayman’s Sloe Gin is a traditional English liqueur made to a longstanding family recipe. Every year, wild sloe berries are hand-picked in the Autumn, after the first frost from the blackthorn tree. The whole sloe berries are then gently steeped for three months in Hayman’s London Dry Gin before being blended with natural sugars to tame the mouth-puckering sharpness of an English sloe berry.
The result is a rich ruby red liqueur bursting with the smooth and intense bittersweet fruit flavours of winter. Warming, dark and fruity, with intense plummy flavours and hints of almond, Hayman’s Sloe Gin is ready each year just in time for Christmas.
