Hayman’s London Dry Gin

Produced by: Hayman Distillers

Hayman’s London Dry Gin is a classic style of London Dry Gin, made to a family recipe dating back to 1863. Ten carefully selected botanicals are steeped in English Wheat Spirit for a full day prior to being distilled. Gently-distilled to allow each of the flavours to fully develop, this is a classically balanced, elegant gin with zesty citrus notes and a delicately nuanced finish.

  • Gin Masters, Spirit Business 2010 – Gold.
  • International Spirits Review USA – Gold 93 points exceptional.
ABV:40%
Nose:Crisp juniper and sweet citrus, with delicate floral notes.
Palate:Classically balanced with bold juniper, bright citrus and warming spice.
Finish:Lively citrus and subtle spice give way to an earthy dry finish.
Serve/garnish:We recommend pairing with tonic water and a twist of lemon for a true English Gin and Tonic.
