It’s all about the base! This gin is made from Quebranta grapes, whose processing has been perfected over centuries for the iconic Peruvian Spirit, Pisco!
They select the grapes, ferment and distil the Pisco. The base spirit, subsequently rectified from Pisco, adds a unique flavour to the gin and adds a modern twist to a long-standing tradition.

London to Lima Distillery
Two 20 litre copper pot stills were put in the container that went from London to Lima and so it began. Now a 400 litre Portuguese Copper Pot Still, aptly named Endeavour, that Alex adapted himself for the different Pisco, Base spirit and Gin distillations. It sits comfortably in the distillery amongst the vineyards, vermilion flycatchers and pink peppercorn trees. Read more
