This classic London Dry Gin channels the rugged spirit of the southern coast with hints of juniper, coriander, and liquorice root mingled with floral and earthy notes, finishing savoury and dry.
Bluff is a London Dry, juniper-forward spirit, it is “gin that tastes like gin”.
While it is classic in structure, it remains distinctly Bluff in character, featuring a subtle salinity from the coastal southerlies that lash New Zealand’s coastline every day.
This unique profile has led judges to describe it as having “immaculate balance and complexity”.
