We're delighted to announce the appointment of Kerry Easter as Chief Executive OfficerWe are delighted to congratulate Gin Guild member Kerry Easter on her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of UK Packaging PRO, alongside Karen Graley, who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.

The appointments come at a pivotal time as UK Packaging PRO moves from its mobilisation phase into supporting PackUK in the delivery of the UK’s packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) scheme.

Karen Graley has played a key role in establishing UK Packaging PRO and will continue to lead its operational delivery as Chief Operating Officer.

Kerry, who joined the Guild in 2025 joins the organisation with extensive international leadership experience spanning supply chain, sustainability and operations across the beverages, food, beauty and home care sectors. Most recently with Diageo, she has previously held senior positions with Unilever, Rituals and The Estée Lauder Companies.

Commenting on her appointment, Kerry said:

“I’m excited to be taking on this role at such a pivotal moment for packaging circularity across the UK. We have a collective opportunity to evolve our circular packaging landscape through accountability, driving efficiency and creating emerging value for all.”

For Gin Guild members, the development of the pEPR scheme remains a significant area of interest. The new packaging regulations will have important implications for producers and brand owners, making industry engagement with UK Packaging PRO increasingly important as implementation progresses.

The Gin Guild looks forward to working with Kerry and the wider UK Packaging PRO team as the scheme develops and wishes them every success in their new roles.
