World Gin Day is fast approaching (50 days from today 21st April), and we wanted to help members with suggestions of activities to take an active part in this worldwide celebration of our wonderful spirit.

Originating in 2009, World Gin Day, which happens each year on the second Saturday in June, has grown from a small celebration in London to being a global phenomenon, celebrated as far and wide as Australia, Brazil, Chile, Singapore to USA and from Norway to South Africa, and everywhere in between.

How can we get involved?

Ideas for activities you could organise might include:

  • Open Distillery days with tastings, food and music
  • Promotions in connection with your local on and off trade
  • Special Cocktails
  • World Gin Day Special offers
  • Gin tours of your area
  • Gin tasting cruises

Get creative!  (It’s also the UEFA Champions League Final)
