Gin 1689 has announced the UK launch of its full range of 5cl miniature bottles, making its award-winning collection more widely available to consumers, retailers and the hospitality sector.

The new miniature range includes 1689 Dutch Dry Gin, 1689 Dutch Pink Gin and 1689 Dutch Orange Gin, offering an accessible way for consumers to discover the brand’s distinctive expressions, each inspired by the original 17th-century recipe associated with the Dutch royal court.

Designed for retail, gifting, sampling, hospitality and travel-friendly formats, the launch reflects growing demand for premium miniature spirits that allow consumers to explore new brands and flavour profiles before purchasing full-sized bottles.

Patrick van der Peet, Co-founder of Gin 1689, said:

“Launching our 5cl minis in the UK is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. The UK has always been a key market for us, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage. These minis make it easier than ever for consumers to explore our full range – small in size, but full of character.”

The new format also provides retailers and on-trade partners with additional merchandising opportunities while introducing customers to Gin 1689’s unique heritage and award-winning range.

The miniatures are now available through selected UK distributors and retailers, including PR Dutch Drinks, Master of Malt, Spiritly and Amazon.

The UK launch forms part of Gin 1689’s continued international growth strategy, with the brand expanding its presence across Europe and the global travel retail sector.

The Gin Guild congratulates the Gin 1689 team on this latest milestone and wishes them every success with the UK launch.
