The Gin Bar holds 525 gins and 20 brands of tonic, and has hosted gin education masterclasses designed to explore the botanical spirit’s deep ties to London’s history Rosewood Hotels – a city that once counted over 7,000 gin shops among its streets in the 18th century.

The gin focus extends beyond London. At Rosewood Bermuda, the Conservatory Bar maintains a library of over 40 gins from around the world, welcoming guests to explore botanically-driven serves alongside the resort’s signature experiences.
