Hope Distillery OÜ is a Tallinn‑based craft distillery and the creative home behind the Gindome gin collection.

Founded with ambition and heart by Master Distiller Steen Lerche-Jensen, whose journey into gin began during years of travel across Europe – Hope Distillery is built on a spirit of exploration, story‑telling and uncompromising quality.

Hope Distillery produce small‑batch spirits with a meticulous focus on balance, taste and artisan character.

The distillery launched its first Gindome range in January 2022 –  a set of premium gins that immediately marked Hope as one of Estonia’s rising stars in the craft spirits scene.

What sets Hope Distillery apart is not just its high‑quality gin, but its commitment to inclusivity and education within the world of gin. It hosts the first “Gin School” in the Baltic region, a hands‑on, immersive experience where enthusiasts, novices, and professionals alike can learn the art of gin‑making. Participants explore botanical selection, distillation, bottling and personal recipe development, and walk away with their own bespoke gin.

In addition, Hope Distillery offers private‑label services, crafting small to medium production runs (from 300 up to 30,000 bottles) for brands, restaurants or other organisations seeking a unique gin or spirit.
