    At Elgin distillery their gin starts as wine harvested and crushed in the Heart of Arizona’s Original Wine Country, Elgin, Sonoita AVA, Arizona.

    The hand harvested and picked botanicals, all of which are local, are blended together prior to fermentation to produce exceptional gin that is sought out in many countries throughout the globe.

    Their gins have won first place, gold, and 90+ scores at several of the world’s top spirits competitions and is the perfect example of wine based gin.

    They make Gin from French Colombard, Moscato, Syrah, Graciano, and Gewurztraminer grapes.
