When Paula and Sion met in the field of iceberg lettuce in Shropshire, they knew they were destined to be together.
Having been distilling award winning spirits for others, in 2018 Paula and Sion rekindled their own dream and launched Four Feathers. Their own spirits again. With a London Dry Gin and a very special Botanical vodka based on Paula’s own secret family recipe!
Paula is from Poland and passionate about the Polish heritage in producing Spirits. Strong tradition along with distilling and rectification as part of her Masters (MEng), has fuelled this passion.
Sion is very proud of his Welsh and agricultural roots. Although distilling was not part of his Agricultural Degree (BSc Hons). The interest in distilling soon developed. Firstly, with a plan to distil essential oils from crops soon developed into a vision of distilling spirits.
Paula and Sion were an instrumental part of establishing a successful distillery in Northamptonshire in 2012. Following this Sion moved to Langley Distillery in Birmingham before moving to Union Distillers in Market Harborough. Paula had already been helping the team at Union Distillers.

Four Feathers Caermeibion Distillery
The team at Four Feathers distil their botanical recipes in their lovely copper still using the finest ingredients. The distillate is then blended and cut back with wonderful local Welsh spring water. The result is a collection of award winning spirits!
