WanderFolk Distillery is based in the heart of historic downtown Guthrie, Oklahoma. Formerly known as Prairie Wolf Spirits, WanderFolk is Oklahoma’s first legal distillery after Prohibition, established in 2012.
WanderFolk is created by individuals with vastly different backgrounds and skill sets. They passionately rethink and handcraft the world of spirits in their home state of Oklahoma and beyond—one small batch at a time.
To truly get a feel for the brand, wander out to Guthrie and schedule a distillery tour and tasting! You’ll get a chance to look behind the curtain to reveal how the magic is made, learn about their distillery’s rich history, and maybe get a sneak peek of what’s to come.
The WanderFolk team wanders together with one goal in mind: to make world-class products that are as unique and lively as the individuals who enjoy them. They welcome you to wander with them!
WanderFolk Distillery Tour & Tasting
Guided Tours are offered every Friday and Saturday (check website for current availability)
The WanderFolk Distillery Walk-About portion is open to all ages and is ADA accessible. For spirit tasting, guests must be of legal drinking age confirmed by a valid ID on-site.

WanderFolk Distillery stills:
Carl
The oldest still is made by Christian Carl of Germany (affectionately named “Carl”) and is a 120-liter Hybrid still with three trays, dephlegmation capabilities, and a gin basket. These days, mostly used for R&D and one-off projects for customers interested in a custom product.

The newest still is made by Specific Mechanical of British Columbia. It is a 1,800 litre hybrid still with a whiskey head, a 4-tray column, and two 20-tray columns as well as a gin basket.
