Sin Gin Distillery

Sin Gin Distillery is a Nano distillery with a dedicated team of distillers creating Perth Pink, Original Sin & the Seven Deadly Sins range of gins in the Swan Valley.

Sin Gin is named after Kate Sinfield who brought ideas of gin with her from England to Australia in the 1980s. Mark and Kate work closely with products from the local Western Australian environment to handcraft unique, tasty and fun gins.

THE TASTING ROOM: Gin tastings are available everyday from 10am to 4pm. You can choose a gin tasting, a G&T on arrival and other options at the time of booking. The tasting sessions are about 45 minutes and you will see the stills, hear stories of the distillery & gin making and meet the distilling team. The session includes tastings from a selection of the 7 Deadly Sins Gin series, famous Perth Pink and gin liqueurs.

BOOK A PRIVATE GROUP: They can cater for groups big and small everyday. Check availability online.

MAKE YOUR OWN GIN: Yes you can come to the distillery and make your own bottle of gin! Custom create your own bottle of gin to take home using an individual pot still. The experienced distillers will assist you to select botanicals for your personalised gin. Enjoy the educational session on distilling and the distilling process during the 2.5 hour session.

FOOD AVAILABLE: The Distillery is located inside the Swan Settlers Market with many food outlets available on the weekends. You can dine before or after visiting.
