Fords Gin

A modern twist on a classic style of Gin, a versatile mix of nine botanicals including grapefruit and jasmine - The go-to gin for the world’s best bartenders. Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is a collaboration between 10th generation master distiller Charles Maxwell and gin expert Simon Ford. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords Gin starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

Fords Gin Officers’ Reserve

Over-proof gin was traditionally reserved for the officers of the British Royal Navy, and was virtually always stored in casks. Characteristics from the barrel undoubtedly would have imparted to the potation, despite the short period, as gin would never last very long. Fleet aging, accompanied by the punch of being over-proof, would create a more robust and flavourful spirit. This plausible logic inspired the makers to embark on their latest project, 'Journeys in Gin,' with Fords Gin Officers' Reserve as the Maiden Voyage and additional expeditions on the horizon. Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is a collaboration between 10th generation master distiller Charles Maxwell and gin expert Simon Ford. This gin is rested in 64 litre Amontillado Sherry casks for three weeks and blended with unaged Fords Gin to balance rich wood notes, with fresh botanicals.  It is a boldly-flavoured gin for full-bodied cocktails.

Gin Mare

Drinking Gin Mare transports you to the mediterranean coast at the height of summer. With its eternal blue sky, its characteristic scent of rosemary, basil and thyme, the sea breeze on your skin. Gin Mare is made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product. Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at their distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.

Gin Mare Capri

Made with Italian bergamot from Calabria and lemons from Capri, along with Gin Mare’s four principal botanicals – Arbequina olive from Spain, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, and Italian sweet basil – Gin Mare Capri brings the very essence of the Mediterranean and the island of Capri to life through its authentic fresh citrus flavour profile. Each bottle of Gin Mare Capri is made at their distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.
