Junimperium Distillery is located in Jüri near Tallinn. It is Estonia’s first open craft gin distillery, welcoming visitors to discover the art, science and history of gin production.
Guests are invited behind the scenes to learn how Junimperium’s award-winning gins are crafted, from the careful selection of botanicals through to distillation.
The guided experience explores the history of gin, the story behind the founding of Junimperium Distillery, and the unique herbs and botanicals that define its distinctive spirits.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of Junimperium’s range of gins, followed by a perfectly served Gin & Tonic, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the distillery’s craftsmanship first-hand.
