Henstone Distillery is based the heart of rural Shropshire. Since its founding in 2017, Henstone has built a reputation for exceptional quality and innovation while remaining true to traditional distilling principles.

The team produces all its spirits onsite in small batches using a 1,000-litre Kothe copper pot still, allowing meticulous control over every stage of production and ensuring consistency of flavour and character.

From its flagship London Dry Gin to seasonal and speciality expressions, Henstone balances classic botanicals with thoughtful creative touches, earning numerous national and international awards.
