Distilleria Mezzanotte

Distilleria Mezzanotte is a young, artisanal distillery located in Pesaro, on Italy’s Adriatic coast, founded in 2021 by Master Distiller Alex Bartolucci and Art Director Giacomo Bracci. Production officially launched in 2022.

At the heart of the facility is Percival, a 230-litre Müller Aromat still combining pot, column, and a botanical basket setup. This versatility allows Mezzanotte to distil in small batches, blending traditional & modern techniques to extract delicate botanicals with precision.

The distillery is powered using 100% renewable electricity, reflecting its commitment to sustainability. Botanicals are carefully selected, often sourced locally or from certified supply chains.

Mezzanotte operates both their own brands (e.g. Gin Mezzanotte, Gin Atlantide) and production for third parties. It also incorporates high design values—bottling, branding, packaging—ensuring the experience is as visually strong as it is flavourful.

Every self-respecting story needs a protagonist, a hero, which is why they called their still Percival. Legendary knight of the Round Table, originally from a forest, who manages to find the Holy Grail thanks to the purity of his heart.

Even the best part of the distillate is called “heart”, there couldn’t be a better name!
