Tāmras Gin
From: Adventurist Spirits
Tāmras Gin’s name is derived from the Sanskrit word Tamarasa. This, in its purest form, means both copper in its finished form, and Day Lotus, so it’s an ode to the brand’s copper-distilled process and their Lotus botanicals.
Made in Goa and Inspired by India, Tāmras gin uses the highest quality neutral grain spirit and 16 botanicals from India and around the world, including Fresh whole citrus fruit distilled only in the winter months and Lotus flower foraged in North Goa.
It is the only gin with Mausambi and Lotus seed as botanicals/
The Gin was created with award-winning master-distiller and Gin Guild member Julia Nourney using a traditional copper still and hand-crafted in small-batch, made in a 230 litre Müller Copper Still
They use individual botanical distillates and the end product is slow-diluted over 28 Days – their ethos is quality over quantity and they take absolutely no short-cuts.
