Noted for it’s stronger flavour and higher alcohol content which is part of the distillation process, the ‘Director’s cut’ is considered the best of the batch from the Burleigh Gin distillery.

 

Nose:Crisp and fresh with piney eucalyptus and fragrant citrus to the fore.
Palate:An initial hit of juniper with floral, earthy, spicy dry notes followed by citrus.
Finish:Long with Parma violet, pine and eucalyptus with warming, dry peppery notes.
