About Vedran

Vedran Milosevic is the Global Managing Director of Cygnet Distillery, where he leads the brand’s international expansion and oversees its next phase of growth across the UK, US and key global luxury markets.

Since joining in 2025, he has focused on building the commercial and operational foundations required to scale a founder led luxury gin brand while preserving its craftsmanship, creativity and cultural integrity.

Before Cygnet, Vedran spent over 15 years at Diageo, one of the world’s largest spirits companies. He began his career in the drinks industry holding various senior roles within the on trade, developing a deep understanding of hospitality, luxury consumer experience and route to market execution before joining Diageo in 2011 as an Account Manager for its Reserve portfolio in the UK.

Over the years, he progressed through increasingly senior commercial and global leadership positions, culminating as Global Commercial Director for Diageo’s Luxury Group.

In this role, he worked across iconic brands including Johnnie Walker and Don Julio, helping shape global commercial strategies and drive growth across key international markets.

At Cygnet Gin, Vedran applies his global mindset and strategic expertise to support the brand’s expansion while maintaining its reputation for quality and innovation.

Known for his commercial insight and disciplined execution, he combines a deep appreciation of luxury spirits with a pragmatic approach to scaling brands in highly competitive environments.
