After many years of running hotels, bars & restaurants and enjoying G&Ts, Jonathan Clark decided to bring the gin craze back to the City of London; opening a Distillery & Bar in Bride Lane, just off Fleet Street, in November 2012.
The Square Mile Distillery (formerly the City of London Distillery) is a small independent artisan distillery and the first product is a traditional connoisseur’s London dry gin.
The distillery’s striking copper stills are sealed behind huge glass panels and can be viewed from the comfort of the bar, over a gin cocktail.
