Waterock Brands Ltd is a London-based spirits consultancy and advisory business led by Killian O’Sullivan, who has been a Director of the company since June 2020. His role focuses on providing fractional C-suite and consulting services, with particular experience in reviewing business cost bases and organisational structures and working with stakeholders to identify practical opportunities for change.

Killian’s wider career provides Waterock Brands with substantial experience across the international spirits sector. He previously spent more than six years with William Grant & Sons as Global Marketing Services Manager, working across brands and markets and leading an outsourced team of more than 20 people across eight locations worldwide.

He subsequently held senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer of The London Distillery Company and Commercial Director of Connacht Whiskey Company, as well as consulting and board roles across the drinks industry. His experience has encompassed gin, whisky, spirits distribution and emerging drinks businesses.

Waterock’s current and recent work includes advisory and consulting roles with Brennerei Ziegler in Germany, Stillgarden Distillery in Ireland, Proximo Spirits and a number of developing spirits businesses. Killian has also worked with Pink Marmalade Gin, Eclipse Beverages, The West Africa Spirits Company and 57° SKYE Earth & Sea Spirits.

The business therefore combines strategic, commercial and operational experience with a particular focus on the spirits industry, supporting established businesses, start-ups and growth companies through consulting, advisory and fractional senior-management roles.
