During what felt like an endless summer, parts of nature silently thrived. Using ripened fruits from coastal fig trees and dried grapes from the vineyards surrounding the distillery, this year’s harvest provided an abundance of fruit to create this seasonal edition. With the addition of cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, this limited edition captures the changing of the seasons.
A rich and warming gin that’s smooth, refreshing, and complex. Aromas of fig and vanilla blend with fresh citrus and aromatic spices. The taste is a velvety sweetness, gentle spice with a hint of sea air, leading to a long, layered finish with a well-rounded mouthfeel.
Introducing the spirit of the season, Limited Edition Mermaid Winter Gin at 38% abv, in partnership with John Lewis. Crafted for the changing of the seasons it has a rich and warming infusion of Mermaid Gin with seasonal fruits and aromatic spices.
Luscious figs and vine-ripened grapes are blended with cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, distilled and infused with their signature gin. The result is a velvety, spiced gin with a deep sweetness and a hint of sea air.
