From New Forest Spirits
Hand crafted in small batches, we infuse fresh New Forest grown rhubarb in our hand-distilled Wyrd dry gin for approximately one month before sweetening the spirit slightly.
The result is a smooth, tangy and fruity gin, bursting with ripe rhubarb aroma, with a stream of sweet honey flavours at the finish.
