A gin that captures our envisioning of a forest. It draws a line through the Portuguese landscape and our shared heritage with peony, pine buds, olive oil, fig leaf and much more.

Uniquely they roast cork to different temperatures and macerate them bringing vanilla, hints of coconut and delicate wood smoke. Ageing in vintage ruby port barrels brings fine berries and hints of sweetness.

Flor de Sal, with its own appellation in the Algarve, carries minerality and adds clarity to the myriad flavours. It is complex, esoteric and quite beautiful.™ flavour guidance

A complex and unique mix of pine forest, vintage port, vanilla rich cork, flowers and a lift of sea salt.
