Lussa Gin is distilled by three women on the remote Isle of Jura, off Scotland's west coast. They use fifteen botanicals from the sea, the hills, the woods and gardens of the island which can all be grown or gathered there.
They freeze their botanicals to create a light, aromatic, zesty dry gin.
