Kiyosu Aichi Craft Gin

Crafted in small batches in Aichi prefecture, this gin is a 10 botanical blend with a sugar cane base.

Bright and lively, it shows notes of orange and lemon on the nose. The palate again has high citrus notes with a floral and herbal mid palate of coriander, camomile and matcha. Long, spicy finish of ginger and sansho pepper. Exceptional balance throughout.

Using a traditional Japanese distillation technique this Kiyosu Gin is carefully crafted in small batches. Made in a London Dry style, the addition of 10 selected botanicals gives the Gin a classic profile with balanced Asian notes.™ flavour guidance

Complex and Nuanced

Vivacious citrus frames a rich herbal nose, before revealing a core of juniper and spice. Gorgeously textured with exceptional balance.
