Cairngorm Gin is a hand-crafted artisan gin produced in small batches, of no more than 70 bottles, in a traditional copper pot still in the heart of one of Scotland’s most dramatic landscapes.

Influenced by the diverse and pristine Cairngorms National Park, nine botanicals are used and the freshest water from the River Spey, which is collected and filtered on site, to produce Cairngorm Gin.

The finest juniper, cloudberries, elderflower and Caledonian pine are partnered with coriander seed, orris root, sweet orange peel, angelica and kaffir lime leaf to create a wonderfully refreshing, aromatic gin.

This bold infusion of botanicals and Highland Mountain water results in a floral, fruity gin with subtle earthy tones.™ flavour guidance

Smooth and Fresh

Subtle nose influenced by lemongrass and citrus leaf. Well balanced with lashings of mineral flavours on the palate.

Ideal mixer: A premium tonic with a strong fizz

Recommended garnish: A slice of green apple, a raspberry and a blackberry

Ideal serve: G&T served with lots of ice and a premium tonic
